Settle in one transaction
The buyer pays the live price plus a disclosed fee. The token moves to the buyer and the sale price moves to the seller.

A sale, or your token back.
If no buyer takes the auction, the seller can withdraw the token. The seller can also cancel an open auction before it sells.
